innoPad is developing a new CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) pad, which is a consumable used in the production of semiconductor wafers. The innoPad technology allows for much lower manufacturing costs due to longer operating life and lower slurry utilization. The Company is located in Peabody, Massachusetts.
