Paul Ciriello
Paul founded TD Capital Ventures in 2000 and Fairhaven Capital Partners in 2007. He has invested and served on the boards of companies including:Cloakware (acquired by Irdeto/NASPERS), Fortisphere, iPhrase (acquired by IBM), SiGe Semiconductor, Softricity (acquired by Microsoft) and Third Screen Media (acquired by Time Warner/AOL).
Paul spent 14 years at Fidelity Investments in Boston. He was President of Fidelity Interactive, Proxy Edge, Inc (founder), The Water Street Project and Fidelity Capital Technology. Previously, Paul held several policy development positions at the United States Environmental Protection Agency. He earned an MPA from Northeastern University and a liberal arts BA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Paul was a United States Presidential Management Intern during President Ronald Reagan's first administration.

Jim Goldinger
Jim co-founded TD Capital Ventures in 2001 and Fairhaven Capital Partners in 2007. He has invested and served on the boards of companies including: Cocona, Contour Semiconductor, HelloSoft, innoPad, Lilliputian Systems and SiRiFIC Wireless.
Jim was the Chief Technical Architect for the Content bridge division of Adero, Inc, performed strategy consulting at Bain and has held several senior technical roles at Motorola, Inc. Jim earned a BS and MS in electrical engineering from MIT and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
Cheryl Goyette
Cheryl has over 17 years of experience in the venture industry. Prior to joining Fairhaven, she was the Senior Vice President, Partnership Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Flagship Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on creating, financing, and building innovative companies in the life science and technology sectors, with $500 million of capital under management. Prior to joining OneLiberty Ventures, a predecessor firm to Flagship Ventures, in 1998, Cheryl was a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Capital Resource Partners, a private equity firm specializing in mezzanine debt financings.
Before entering the venture capital industry, Cheryl's varied experience included over five years of public accounting, both as a tax consultant with Ernst & Young and as a senior auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition, she started and successfully ran her own CPA practice. Cheryl received her CPA license in June of 1982. She has an MS in Taxation from the Graduate School of Bentley College and a BS in Accounting from Bentley College, where she graduated with Highest Honors.
Rick Grinnell
Rick co-founded TD Capital Ventures in 2001 and Fairhaven Capital Partners in 2007. He has invested and served on the boards of companies including: Brabeion, Bridgeport Networks (acquired by Counterpath), Dataupia, Everypoint and EqualLogic (acquired by Dell).
Rick held senior marketing positions at Adero, Inc and ClearOne Communications, and held senior engineering and marketing positions at PictureTel. He worked for General Electric and Fidelity Ventures. Rick earned BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from The Harvard Business School.
Mark Hatfield
Mark joined TD Capital Ventures in 2006. Previously he was a Managing Director for Motorola Ventures and was an investor and board representative of BDNA, Danger (acquired by Microsoft), Foundstone (acquired by McAfee), Lumidigm, Mesh Networks (acquired by Motorola) and Skybitz. He has also held various Corporate Business Development and IT roles at Bell Canada Enterprises and the Bank of Montreal in Toronto. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree from McMaster University and an MBA from York University.
Dan Keshian
Dan co-founded Fairhaven Capital in 2007 after joining TD Capital Ventures in 2006. He manages the Fairhaven investments in Verdasys, Makana, Everyzing and Xtranormal.
He was the Chairman and CEO of iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), and a Venture Partner at Greylock where he served on the Boards of Mazu Networks, and Reflectent Software. Dan was a VP at Cisco Systems, the CEO of WebLine Communications (acquired by Cisco), and President of Avid Technology. He held senior positions at Gateway Design Automation (acquired by Cadence Systems), Racal-Redac Inc. and Pixel Computer, Inc. Dan earned BS and MS in finance from Bentley College, where he currently serves as a Trustee.
Rudina Seseri
Rudina joined Fairhaven Capital at its inception in 2007. Previously, she was a Senior Manager in the Corporate Development Group at Microsoft Corporation. In this position, Rudina was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating Microsoft's acquisitions and strategic investments including acquisitions such as iView Multimedia, Deep Metrix, Lionhead Studios. Prior to Microsoft Corp., she worked as an investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse. Rudina executed transactions in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. She graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Economics and International Relations, and received her MBA from The Harvard Business School. She has been elected to the Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon honor societies. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Albanian American Council. Rudina is a member of the Steering Committee of the New England Venture Association (NEVN), the largest young venture capital organization on the East Coast.
