• Take I-93 South, toward Boston.
• Take Exit 30 toward Route 28 (Somerville).
• Turn left onto Mystic Avenue.
• Turn right onto McGrath Highway (28 South). Go over bridges.
• Take a right onto Third Street (at Dunkin Donuts).
• Take a right onto Binney Street.
• Take a right onto Broadway Street.
• One Hampshire is immediately on your right. The corner of Broadway and Hampshire Streets.

• Take Interstate 95 (I-95) North.
• Take Exit 12 (Braintree/Boston).
• Merge onto US-1 North, which becomes MA-3 North.
• Take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive).
• Merge onto Storrow Drive.
• Take the Route 3 North ramp going toward Government Center/Kendall Square.
• Take the Cambridge/Memorial Drive ramp.
• Turn right onto MA-3 North (Cambridge Street).
• Stay straight and go onto Main Street. Main Street becomes Broadway.
• Go through the intersection of Broadway and Galileo Galilei Way.
• One Hampshire is on the right immediately after this intersection.

• Take I-90 East toward Boston.
• Take left Exit 18 onto Cambridge St. toward Cambridge.
• Once over the river, take the first right onto Memorial Drive.
• Turn left onto Magazine Street.
• Turn right onto River Street.
• Go past the intersection of Mass. Ave. River Street becomes Prospect Street.
• Turn right onto Broadway.
• Go past the intersection of Portland St. Cardinal Medeiros Avenue.
• Continue to the intersection of Broadway and Hampshire.
• One Hampshire is on the left just past this intersection.

• Get on I-90 West/Williams Tunnel.
• Take Exit 25-24 toward I-93 North (South Boston).
• Merge onto Route 3 North/US 1/ I-93 North via the exit on the left.
• Take Exit 26/Route 3 North toward Storrow Drive.
• Merge onto Storrow Drive.
• Take the Route 3 North ramp going toward Government Center/Kendall Square.
• Take the Cambridge/Memorial Drive ramp.
• Turn right onto Route 3 North (Cambridge Street).
• Stay straight and go onto Main Street.
• Main Street becomes Broadway.
• Pass through the intersection of Broadway and Galileo Galilei Way.
• One Hampshire is the first building on the right past the intersection.

There is a parking garage behind the Draper building directly across from the Broadway and Hampshire Street intersection. Use the Technology Square Garage and take a ticket. Pay when exiting the garage. Note: the garage only accepts cash.

Metered parking is also available on Broadway and Hampshire streets.

• Take the Red Line.
• Exit at MIT/Kendall Sq.
• One Hampshire Street is approximately a 6 minute walk from the Kendall Square station.
• Walking directions from Subway: If you're on an inbound train (for example, coming from Park Street) you exit the train at the main entrance, go up the stairs and you end up at the Cambridge Center food court. An outbound train (for example, coming from Alewife) you exit out the main exit onto the street and are facing the Coop (Coop is a store). Either way, you walk towards the Coop and make a right on Ames Street (at Legal Seafoods). Then you go to the light and make a left on Broadway Street (at the Starbucks). The next intersection is Galileo Galilei and Broadway Streets.  Cross over the intersection and One Hampshire is located on the right side of the street.  The sign in front of the building says One Hampshire at Kendall Square.
